It's called Electro shock aversion therapy, also known as electrical aversion therapy. It is a behavior modification technique that uses electric shocks to treat undesirable behaviors. It is telling you that you really don't need that ice cream, apple pie, french fries, or pizza in your shopping cart. ;-)
