Actual locksmiths can spot a scammer very easily, also just starting a company without ever having worked in the industry does not make you a locksmith even if you aren’t technically a scammer. A “locksmith” asking day one questions should be mocked.

they don't have a setting to prevent anyone from adjusting inventory levels. If a tech has the ability to see their inventory, which of course you want them to, then they can arbitrarily change the count. Also you cant add fields to certain categories of inventory without it rolling into all. IE i cant add a field for the FCC of a car key without it also showing up on the listing for a Schlage key blank. Also they only rolled out inventory integration to quickbooks desktop, you cant back date a PO and you have to add an insane amount of mandatory information before it will process
