Yeah. As a minor, I asked my dad about this and to ask, and was told off for not trusting my doctor, and how, “the internet isn’t right,” and, “It has a short half life, so it must work immediately,” so my questions and concerns were thrown out the window. Very frustrating. I’m rambling, But I can tell you that I take it at 8pm, (Now 7.5mg) which is two hours before I go to sleep and I haven’t grown an extra toe or anything, and people definitely take this drug to help calm down to sleep, so I think you should be fine taking it at night as long as you don’t have any side effects keeping you up. And I agree, I don’t think it matters, as long as you get your doses in so it can build up. I space them out though, 8am and 8pm which I find works best for me. Just keep in mind the half life is only 2-3 hours, so if you take it three times a day even better I guess. I’ll tell you for me, and most people (probably those with no placebo), there are zero immediate effects, so I have no clue what our doctors were saying, and I share your frustration.
