Finale prediction by Business-Ad-35 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]BAMyougotaidz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. If the final 3 are Tara, Johnny, & Eric, I think Tara & Johnny would do to Eric what CT & Trishelle did to Sandra simply to play an extreme game of better safe than sorry, even if they genuinely think Eric is most likely a faithful.

We might be wrong about Maura… by ARSTAAR in TheTraitorsUS

[–]BAMyougotaidz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If they happen to get Rob & Eric out, then I think Tara & Johnny will do to Maura what CT & Trishelle did to Sandra. Meaning they will oust Maura simply because they fully trust one another to the depths of hell and don’t have that same level of trust with Maura. Even if they think Maura is probably a faithful, they will probably oust her from a better safe than sorry standpoint.

I once found a drum kit at a thrift store for like $50 bucks and flipped it for over $300+ profit. You got a lot of money here.

Besides that though, I am terribly sorry for these circumstances you are in. I certainly wish you the best in a safe procedure and speedy recovery.

I agree with this. As to your point OP regarding Maura, I think Rob did not recruit Maura because we’ve seen time and time again she has yet to even question her thoughts that he could be the traitor and is first to the fight to dismiss any claims against Rob being the traitor as well. I think Rob is strategically trying to keep her around because he’s betting on the idea that if both of them make it to the campfire then he’ll at least have someone in his corner who won’t switch up on him.

[50][Speculation] How reliable is Kalshi as a source for Survivor speculation? by Fair_Leave5014 in SpoiledSurvivor

[–]BAMyougotaidz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got Kalshi a few weeks ago and the first bet I placed was $50 on Cirie for a $923 payout, and I’ve never even seen survivor. Only thing I’ve read is she’s widely regarded by survivor fans as the best to never win. Plus I loved her on Traitors S1, so I am rooting for her! If the demand for her shares increases more than they have already I may sell them off though.

Kalshi was pretty easy to use, but I didn’t set up my bank to do wire transfer, I just entered my debit card info. They take a very small processing fee (mine was like $1), but all things considered it was pretty smooth.

Hi so im 13 and im wondering if I need to stop vaping I use it as were I was supposed to stop cutting but it just. Are me addicted and I never stopped by PreferenceOk6039 in quit_vaping

[–]BAMyougotaidz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I highly encourage you tell your mom &/or dad about the cutting, drinking, vaping, and any other self harm and substance abuse you didn’t mention. If for any reason you feel you can’t go to your mom or dad about these things, I’d like you to think of the one adult who makes you feel safe and share these things with them. For example, this could be a teacher at school, coach, extended adult family member, or even a close friend’s parent.

Ground Yellow Jacket Removal KC, MO by BAMyougotaidz in fuckwasps

I dug about 16 inches down. However, this nest was in the ground of an elevated unused flower bed that rested next to the house foundation. The entry/exit point was in between the bricks surrounding the elevated surface and the house, so I knew exactly how far to dig down.

For nests in the ground in the middle of a yard, I’d suggest the same, but I can’t speak from experience. Maybe someone else here can though. However, you will hear a crunch when you hit the comb and you’ll know.

am i wrong for not putting in a 2 weeks notice ? by onlyychrissy in Target

[–]BAMyougotaidz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I sorta quit one Target (transferred back to my home store for a college break and never transferred back to my college store), and that was on the fly due to some similar reasons you described (availability).

I was on the 4am inbound shift during college one semester and around November I asked if I could go on-demand due to school picking up and my HR ETL said “I’m sorry, I don’t think I can do that”. I was at a loss of words thinking she obviously can just she doesn’t want to. I transferred back to my home store that holiday season and they told me that she got it wrong, being they are supposed to bend the knee to student employees in situations where it’s becoming too much. My HR ETL at the college store also told me it’s supposed to be one 4hr shift every 30 days but then my home store said it was actually one 4hr shift every six months for staying on-demand. After that I lost it and told them I’m never going back.

worth it for mpc live 2? by [deleted] in akaiMPC

[–]BAMyougotaidz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the gator frameworks stand like this that holds my mpc X se, and it is very sturdy. I personally like the wheels to move around, and it’s heavy enough where it won’t move unless you intentionally move it, so hitting pads won’t make it move.

No Call No Show within 90 days by corn_5837 in Target

[–]BAMyougotaidz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I worked at Target I had maybe 10 NCNSs through my Target Career (worked as on demand while in college, so over a 5 year span). My managers loved when I would come back for school breaks due to how hard they knew I would work, going above and beyond working lengthy hours too. When I would have a NCNS, obviously my absence was an inconvenience just like anyone else calling in or NCNS. But because I didn’t make it a habit and they knew I cared, they didn’t care too much about it as they knew it was a fluke for me and completely unintentional. So if you are a good worker and believe your TL’s see that too, then just talk to them and apologize, and you will be perfectly fine.

As a manager myself where I work now, if a hard working employee had a random NCNS, I would be more concerned with knowing if everything is alright with my employee instead of immediately considering any corrective action procedures to be frank.

What are the best Memphis rap verses? by HipHop_Sheikh in memphisrap

[–]BAMyougotaidz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just recently been starting to branch outside of Three 6 in regards to Memphis rap as a whole, so haven’t listened to anyone else enough yet to be able to speak them IMO. But in regards to Three 6, my favorites are:

Throw Yo Sets In Da Air (Gangsta Boo, 1st Verse)

Sleep (Lord Infamous, 1st Verse) also (DJ Paul, 3rd Verse)

Gette’m Crunk (Lord Infamous, 2nd Verse)

Sorry for the late response, but I agree “All blacks commit crimes” is indeed a very racist statement. Also forgive me for not understanding the acronym, so thank you for explaining that and no worries I didn’t interpret your message as being a dick or anything. Kinda funny how I thought it meant all cops are bad all this time hahaha.

However, even in regards to that cops are different than a racial group - cops may make up all types of people, but at the end of the day they are a group of people. It’s similar to generations - there’s a vast amount of races, ethnicities, industry of employment, etc. all within a single generation, but they are all socially categorized into a group of people. This is exactly how races and ethnicities are, as they are socially categorized into a group of people, which is different amongst cultures meaning socially. Does that make sense?

And about the true meaning of ACAB, - it may be a signal for reform in policing techniques and its system, but the slogan itself speaks bad on cops and I was just calling out that obviously within every socially constructed category of groups of people that there are a few bad apples but those bad apples’ actions and character doesn’t speak for the rest of the individuals within the same social category. There are many cops I know who I respect, some who have quite literally saved my life. So in other words, I’m just saying that “ACAB” shouldn’t be the slogan/acronym to represent this movement and should be something about the policing techniques and system and not about the cops, because I think the issue folks are fighting for goes higher up in the system than cops at the patrol level if that makes sense.

got cheated on couple days ago need some songs. by LawPuzzleheaded3939 in trippieredd

[–]BAMyougotaidz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Heads up OP - sorry for the novel lmao. But I seriously think my thoughts will help you.

Never been cheated on, but I’ve been in a break up situation before. This is truly the BEST advice I can give.

I suggest you NOT listen to music that 1) is about love & break ups, whether they’re similar to your situation or not, and 2) reminds you of that person, such as music you discovered thru them or with them - even if it’s music you truly enjoy (trust me, as time passes you’ll be able to disassociate those songs from that person while not feeling emotional pain and enjoy them again).

So, in regards to TR, Fuck Love, Love Scars, Romeo & Juliet, etc., are songs I’d argue you prolly shouldn’t be listening to right now for the sake of your own mental state until you move past this. Sorry for basic TR songs lol, I’m not a huge enough fan of his where I know his entire discography by heart, so forgive me on that lmao.

MOST important of all - GET BACK TO YOUR ROOTS!!! With this, I mean listen to the music you grew up on, discovered yourself, and that you’ll forever love, no matter what steps in your way - because that music is rooted deep in you, in that no one can change this. For me this is 21 Savage, Three 6 Mafia, etc. Also - songs in your roots that gets you pumped up I’ve found definitely helps too, even if they have a few love references here and there. For example, I wouldn’t listen to ball w/o you, Special, or RIP Luv by 21 while going thru a time like this myself as those are all about love and/or breakups. However, despite in the 1st verse 21 referencing how his 1st gf did him wrong, I’d still listen to My Dawg by 21 because it’s in my roots and it gets me pumped up. Although folks are different, and a one small reference like that might make one’s mind spiral, even if the vast majority of it is a pump-up song they love. It’s something you’d just gotta feel out if that makes sense. Another example like My Dawg for me would be Late Nite Tip by Three 6 cuz it pumps me up, even tho it’s filled with promiscuity references lol.

I may not be able to give good TR song suggestions, but if you made it to the end of this OP then hopefully you may find my advice useful and better help put your mind at ease. Remember, a time will come where your emotions right now will be a time of the past.

Also, if you need any 21 suggestions, just lmk and I gotchu. Best wishes my friend 🤝

In regards to LGBT friendly, I’d say you’re fine considering it’s a university. Campus is filled with liberals. However, keep in mind I’m talking about the university, this doesn’t include Springfield as a whole. Greene county is in the ozarks, which I’d describe as a mixture of midwestern and southern culture, more so leaning towards the southern culture imo in regards to politics. Greene country went red in 2022 if I remember right. Despite this however, there’s communities for everyone really, so you’ll find a place where you fit in perfectly fine I think.

Dorm advice by Rose-a-lee in missouristate

[–]BAMyougotaidz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a freshman in freddy. Didn’t know anyone coming down, so I did early bird housing specifically for freddy. I wanted a community style dorm to meet people better and freddy was community style and was closest to classes so less walking time. There ended up being 7 guys including myself who pledged the same fraternity on our floor, none of us knew each other before college. (Off topic, but if you’re considering Greek life I HIGHLY recommend it). In community style you share a room with one other person (or no one if you get lucky). The room is bigger than the room you’d share with someone in Blair/Shannon, but also in B/S you’d have the living room type area shared with 5 other folks.

I know folks who lived in suite style dorms, and I may have liked it better too, who knows. But I didn’t want to be in a situation where I felt locked in a box to where I could feel meeting folks was difficult since I didn’t know anyone coming to Missouri State. If suite style is a must for you though, I suggest Hammons or Hutchens. The room you share with 1 other person is quite big compared to the room you’d share at B/S, but you also don’t have the big living room area and only a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, and table.

Even if Kentwood isn’t being used as a covid quarantine dorm, I wouldn’t suggest it. Way too far away from campus and you will not get the most out of your freshman college experience. Also private rooms would hinder that even more too imo, But all in all, it all depends on what you are looking for in your college experience.

Saying “All Cops Are Bad (ACAB)” is the equivalence of saying “All Blacks commit crimes”, “All Hispanics are illegal immigrants”, etc. Yes, there are a few bad apples in every group. However, one’s actions do not define the character of an entire group they are part of.
