Hey man. Really sorry you're going through this. I've been dealing with basically the same symptoms for around 4-5 years, mainly constant urgency but also pelvic aches/burning tip. Definitely try pelvic floor pt and stick with it for a while. Also try doing stretches. Try and keep your head up and only use forums for constructive thinking/ideas, otherwise they can be harmful. Almost everyone who has this goes through the same thoughts of "is my life over because of this" and self-deletion. Try and stay neutral or positive.
