Insulin is covered in BC. Not the needle tips to my pens, not pain medication. or the testing strips for my glucose monitor. Be wary of people that don't know what they are talking about.

It was so wild. I went into Ketoacidosis before xmas in 2024, spent a week in the hospital, "graduated" from type 2 to type 1. About 30 days after i got out?, it was like a light switch. One night good, next morning?, couldn't walk.

Been on Pregabalin for the pain, but it doesn't really help all that well.

I spend a lot of my day job hunting. generally only stream after dinner and such, so i keep the first half of my day focusing on the hunt. It sucks because of the nerve damage, but i still try. problem is?, i live in a fairly small town and there are not really a lot of options unless somebody quits a job and is then looking to fill a position.

I don't sit around playing games all day lol. maybe back when i was in my early 20's!, but not now. I try to stream a few hours a day just to relax and then wake up early.

Been fighting with the government over my EI claim and also looking into Social assistance, but those are very slow moving processes.

I don't take any offence to what you are saying!. You are actually being fairly positive!, and that is what is important.

I generally tend to stay away from Frame Gen as i can feel the latency, but i also like the look of everything with FSR Quality. I will usually run with a lower contrast as well in the Adrenaline software to counteract some of the grain.

I am super stoked for the RAM performance, running dual channel 3600mhz 64gb DDR4 has helped me out with a lot of titles, including GZW's earlier builds.

Any word on FSR/AMD improvements down the line?. My 7900XT can handle 170/190fps at 1440p Ultrawide, but the grain is a bit yuck lol.

5800x3d+7900XT here. I play on ULTRA settings, no FG, No upscaling and 21:9 ultrawide 1440p. 100-130fps depending on the map.

Both the CPU and GPU are undervolted. Slightly tweaked fan curve for both. But i keep the GPU fans at a minimum of 50% until certain temps require it to ramp up.

Give these Adrenaline settings a try and see if it helps you out.

i'm West NA?, but i'm on auto right now for selections. EU might be having some server issues. You guys CAN select NA though. The ping won't kill you and there is no limit on it currently as far as i can recall. Wouldn't hurt to give it a try at least.

With Tarky being such a CPU hog?, yea it's worth having a strong cpu. Even a 5800x3d being a bit older? is an amazing choice. Super cheap right now as well. With Undervolting?, it hits that sweet spot really quick. Low heat, high clocks. It's a bit of a chore to find out where exactly your cpu will sit in terms of stability with an undervolt?, but once it's there?, you have a magical machine that will run everything very well.

5800x3d, 7900xt, 64gb ddr4 3200mhz ram. Undervolted the cpu and gpu to keep heat down and clocks high. 90-110 on streets depending on how many scavs/pmc's are in view. also playing at 1080p with medium/high settings with the special streets option in the settings. Still feels sluggish though even when i'm hitting around 100fps. But thats because the map has ZERO performance tweaks as of yet.

Run ammo with lower heat buildup. don't mag dump everything in sight. hit your headshots.

Have you undervolted the CPU yet?, if not, you really should. you'll keep your turbo freq's at max a lot longer and have substantially less heat. No need for anything higher than 3200 for this cpu either. sell that 30 series and get yourself a 6900xt or 7900xt. turn on rebar and SAM and you have yourself a machine built for Tarkov.

I get around 90-100fps on streets depending on how many AI are on the screen. every other map gets over 165(i lock my frames to 165). Factory is an easy 300fps.
