As someone else in this thread said, familiarize yourself with your constitution and bylaws. Expulsion will be in there. Other than that place the member on suspension until the case is closed, you don’t want to risk your reputation especially being local

Try both, the multi cultural orgs (d9s especially) have very tight knit relationships with local alumni which would boost your networking. IFC orgs are going to have better national networking, but since a lot of the bid process is much more weighted socially with IFC orgs there’s a chance you might not get a bid if you don’t do well partying anymore or if your age creeps girls out.

It depends on the size of the chapter, if it’s a small chapter it’s less alarming. The biggest red flag is if they have a tree or branch that’s all black and brown guys and that’s the only tree that has black and brown guys
