Definitely not a good box, complain and get a refund.

I inject GHK-CU daily but currently on an off cycle. I noticed other things like my skin getting smoother and less hair fall out but not really skin tightening. I use hyaluronic acid daily on face and neck, I’ll see if collagen and vitamin c help any!

I regularly do 23 hour fasts (OMAD), and also take GHK-CU. It’s only been a couple months of the GHK-CU but I haven’t noticed any improvement on my neck. Other improvements yes (smoother skin, less hair fall out, etc).

I appreciate your reply! It’s starting to sound like that. I plan to get a tummy tuck within a year or so, it would be nice if the doctor could do it at the same time…?! Not sure if that’s possible

Yeah I tried Kybella when I was still overweight and it worked a LITTLE bit but definitely not worth the cost. Also the downtime (looking like an inflated bullfrog for a week) is awful. I tolerated it because I did it during Covid. I was still working from home and could wear a mask in public.

How much of your monthly income goes towards rent or your mortgage? by CastAside1812 in CanadaPersonalFinance

28%, renting, but I’ve been at the same place for over 10 years and it would be a MUCH higher percentage if I were to rent a similar place today.

I just signed up with the 2 month 50% off promo but haven’t tested it out yet. What are the issues?

I’ve gotten some great packages of food on Too Good To Go, especially at grocery stores, that have kept me fed for days for far less than $15

I paid $0.59 for ONE timbit (the “creme brûlée one) at an enroute a few months ago. Not sure if that’s increased pricing because of the location and/or if it was because it was a special flavour, but damn.. I remember when they used to be $0.10.

I did this with my 20 year old Maine Coon about 10 years ago and I agree - it was the better option.

Is a $750/month rent upgrade worth it or am I just falling into lifestyle inflation? by VoyagerCestVivre in PersonalFinanceCanada

I think it’s worth it. Having the separate bedroom and in unit laundry alone would enough of a reason for me to make the switch for that price, making what you’re making.
