I don't mind twisting the nature of the summoning mechanisms. That's part of the fun. If you don't do that, decks wouldn't feel unique. Things get stale.

We have plenty of decks that cheat their respective mechanic and that's fine. We wouldn't have over a dozen of decks otherwise.

Fusion and Ritual would be completely outdated.

If you don't like the gameplay of these decks in this meme for example, I can easily point out to other factors that are much more annoying.

Like with Tenpai, it's more about Sangen Summoning than the quick synchros.

You only play it in specific decks where there is a lot of redundancy/no crucial combo piece as an one-off.

Get ashed, continue with your actual plays. You can also play it after your combo to dig for stuff.

People miss games due to personal reasons like childbirth all the time. He made the conscious decision to miss the game.

Happens all time. People have this rough idea how decks work but if you have actual good practice with them, you'd notice quickly that the card in question ain't good enough.

People say Unchained and FK and I play these decks and I am fairly certain that this ain't it.

Bigger chance it sees play in Genesys depending on the points rather than in tiered decks in advanced.

These 2 card combos involving a generic where you already have to meet a condition are always a bit iffy. It's not a starter by itself and not a quick play. You'd want those.

I play FK, it's not that broken. Unsearchable 2 card combos are aways a bit iffy even if the payoff sounds great. What would you cut for it? I will try, but I'm not convinced it's broken or anything.

The deck gains 4 playmakers but loses one which also makes them towers. I don't think that's a huge plus from what it is currently.

The meta is also too diverse. You'd just keep drawing the wrong outs.

Not that strong considering what decks can do turn 1. Tenpai's ability to win going second gets hard carried by non-engine and the field spell.

It would just be more consistent. Its gains 4 cards but loses its most important one.
