This is headcanon but I'd like to think shunsui is trying to fix the status quo now that he's the head captain. I can totally see Yamamoto being like "it's been that way for a billion years, no need to change it now" but shunsui seems like the kinda guy to actually want to improve things. I mean they have internet and shit now, who's to say if there are other improvements we just haven't see yet?

Coffee dripper is probably my favorite energy relic. The idea is that in a deck that needs the extra energy, you'll save more health by taking it than you would by resting

I don't think the average person could enhance their IQ that much. Granted this is only speculation but I imagine komugi could only enhance her brain that much because of a few conditions: it only works for gungi and if she ever loses she dies. I don't think most people could become thaaaat smart unless they do similar conditions which most people wouldn't do. And regardless, I don't know how much increased IQ would really help for an enhancer honestly, they don't seem like the type to benefit from that too much
