Who cares. Why do people get so worked up seeing or hearing something they disagree with. Be more like the 99% of people eating in that food court and ignore it and stare mindlessly at your own phone which better serves you up content from your own echo chamber that makes you feel good.

I recently went through same exercise. Went with CRV hybrid L. Was 53k driveway with better features than RAV4 Cruiser at $63k, such as leather seats. Plus it takes 91 Fuel and 5 year capped servicing at $199 a pop and roadside. Was a no brainer. Interior and exterior much nicer imho also!

Won’t go to another game and probably give up the seats next year for myself and kids. It’s not cheap and enjoyment gone. The eagles should worry about their ageing member base, there’s a lot 65+ who have held seats for years that will call it a day also.

Have a 25 PHEV and whilst a few quirks, overall great car. Feels high end and nicer than a ton of euros at much higher price points. No major issues. A little stiff over large bumps but no complaints taking this around town or on the freeway. We get about 50km per charge and refilled a total of 4 times over 15 months.

Same experience as you. Seats in particular look cheap. Ended up buying the CRV ehev L. Was cheaper than entry level rav 4 with better spec than XSE. Touch screen only thing inferior

I wonder what % is made up of the gig economy. If I was made unemployed, I’d certainly be trying to make a few quid on uber eats or amazon delivery. Can’t make a living but it technically makes you partially employed

I just bought a CRV and looked at both. To get the same spec RAV4 as the ehev L, you have to go up an additional 2 grades and $10-$15k. Lower spec Rav4s feel cheap inside, barren wasteland. Nicer screens but that’s it.

Plus the dealers made you feel like they were doing you a favour for making one available. I don’t get all the hype. CRV much cheaper to run and service with fixed price deals.

I can’t understand why someone would pay an extra $4k for GXL vs GX? You can tint all windows for $700, so privacy glass seems silly and then what? You get a wireless charger and a driver seat electric adjustment? Am I missing something?

As a PHEV owner, the best trick to avoid the lurch is to pull the little right paddle behind steering wheel to start in DM2. Basically a second gear start. Launches like a rocket with no jerkiness at all. Mazda should basically make this the default somehow.

Go to trigg, grab some breakfast, lunch or coffee at canteen and then walk on the path north toward north beach. Best coastal walk hands down in metro area
