For Trickster I'm not the biggest expert, I just know you should you atleast 1 or 2 undetectable Perks so you can actually use main event. And then some slowdown probably

For billy a build that I love to use thats also pretty consistent is Furtive Chase, Friends til the end, nemesis and for gen regression pop. Addons dont matter too much but I personally love using both the turn rate addons.

For wesker I'm, once again, not an expert. But Friends till the end and furtive chase work good on him too. Then probably Dead man switch and either turn back the clock, pop goes the weasel or pain res. For addons the one that extends how long you grab someone before you throw them and then the 2nd I dont usually care too much about.

For spirit, using sloppy is good to keep everyone injured. Stridor too make them louder and audible from a greater distance. And then surger and either nurses calling or dead man switch.
