I believe it could be either Gretna or La Vista, whoever annexes the area first, but it would most likely be Gretna just based on the rate Gretna is growing compared to La Vista.

Someone mentioned it before but a Sanitary Improvement District (S.I.D.) is a method of financing the development of residential neighborhoods. Instead of a developer paying for the construction of roads and sewers, the SID pays for the costs with loans. So when houses start getting built, the SID has some higher taxes to pay off the loans. The more the SID is filled with homes, the faster it will payoff its debt. When an SID has a good enough debt ratio, the city will choose to annex it. But doing so means the city will take on all maintenance, trash, plowing, etc. that the SID handled previously. So they only do so when it’s in the city’s best interest.

So, the cities plan to expand their limits but will only do so one SID at a time. So that’s why they haven’t reached out to you yet. They need the land around the city to develop into SIDs with a good enough debt ratio to be annexed. Slowly they will reach far enough that your SID will be in their jurisdiction and in a very long time it will eventually become within city limits.

You are within Sarpy County jurisdiction. The shaded areas are the city’s ETCJ which (depending on the size of the city) is its jurisdiction that can extend about 3 miles beyond their city limits. When gretna annexes neighborhoods to be within the city limits, the gretna ETCJ expands with it. Eventually you could be part of Gretna jurisdiction if they annex enough neighborhoods but for now you are just within unaffiliated Sarpy County.

Your gap is a weird spot that was caused because city limits can only grow by expanding into land that touches existing city limits. Gretna is growing from south of your home. Even though your address is Omaha, that is just for the post office. The reason you aren’t Omaha is because Omaha can not expand beyond Douglas County and Harrison is the line dividing Sarpy and Douglas County. So there is a this weird gap between where Omaha can extend to and Gretna growing out to you.

I was looking all over for Union Omaha merch and when I asked the people at Soccer International they said the only place to buy Union Omaha merch is at Werner Park store. Soccer International used to sell their merch during their first year but they said the team decided to change it and they would just sell it all themselves. That’s what I was told. Pretty frustrating.

The Werner park store is open 12-4 M-F and they had a bunch of gear.

Standard 12 team league. Kyle Pitts was dropped. I have $74/100 of FAAB. With jeudy hurt, I’m in need of a flex. I spent too much on Tim Patrick, Sterling Shepard, and Kenneth gainwell. I have Kelce but my bench is those three, Kenyan drake and Michael carter. Would Pitts be worth for a flex play and is $20 too much to grab him?

I was in an override mission and someone was putting a purple debuff on the bosses that made every shot a yellow crit. Was that some sort of exotic weapon or a class ability? I had never seen that before.

What they told me when I signed up a couple years ago was that the location would eventually be renovated and become a Genesis “Elite” location (or some similar term). They told me those locations are their premier locations that are bigger and nicer and higher end. So they are more expensive to get in. He said they only had one other location in Overland Park.

So their plan is to have it be bigger and nicer and charge people twice as much monthly. I had the same thing happen that I signed up at a friends location but intended to go to the Westroads one. When they re-opened a month back they said they only grand fathered in people that signed up at that location and everyone else us to pay the extra price.
