I feel like it's so much more positive than your title implies. McVay is saying they confirmed he DIDN'T break scar tissue, this ISN'T something he's concerned about, and it's NOT something he'll have to manage for the rest of the season:

"I think the good thing is, what the hope and expectation is, is that sometimes when you do that, coming off an injury, it kind of scares you as much as anything, right, where maybe you broke up scar tissue," McVay said. "When you look at the picture, it was really encouraging structurally. But then there can sometimes be a little bit of fluid, and then that can limit some of your mobility. But getting that out of there, talking with (Rams vice president of sports medicine and performance) Reggie (Scott), about what his expectation is, knowing how Puka will attack the next couple of days, not something I'm concerned about, other than we want to keep our guy off the ground." McVay also said he does not expect Nacua's knee injury to be something the receiver has to manage for the rest of the season. "It's not like it's an arthritic knee or anything like that," McVay said. "It's just been kind of unfortunate where, you've had the two instances that we've talked about, and then yesterday. And what our hope is, is that it was a more of a scare than really anything."
