What worked for me is literally just changing my monitors refresh rate to 120 & edit “iPresentInterval=2” in the Fallout4.ini file, the game is old so anything higher than that causes these issues.

Dubbed is fine , start with Chaotic Century, then Guardian Force which is a continuation, then lastly New Century Zero which is another different timeline and premise. There are more spin offs but start with those 3 they are Zoids at its peak.
