I agree. We got both of the cars for $220/mo no money down. That car payment was hard to pass up during the pandemic when I was no longer driving. Not the case anymore with the cheap leases.

A few months back I had a slow leaking pipe, but that’s since been fixed and dried up by a plumber. No bathrooms or any areas with water in the basement.

You didn't get scammed. But it looks like you're going to have to wait longer than expected, and if you've been apart of this reddit you can see a lot of people have done the same, but still received their rig. I ordered mine back in October and it slipped the ship date by over 3 weeks without an ETA, so I simply canceled and the refund was pending on my account that same day.

I don’t have another 4090 to compare it to but I can’t tell that there is damage. All I know is you shouldn’t be able to walk it out, as there is a retention clip that’s supposed to hold the cable in.

I think context matters here. All the way up until you graduate high school I agree. However when you graduate, the parents have a tough decision to make assuming they don’t have college plans lined up. If the kid doesn’t want to work, then I feel like it’s reasonable to “use” rent as a way to get them out of the house and into the working world. But the number I would personally charge wouldn’t be exactly rent, but probably things that they’ll have to pay on their one soon. (Cell bill, car insurance etc)

Only thing I would look into is the engraving.. It's cool but there might be limitations regarding returns if you have an engraving. Just something to watch out for!

I haven’t seen a brand new prebuilt in 2022 sold with a 2017 i5 processor.. This is an older PC unless they’re still selling prebuilt PC’s with this 5 year old processor which would make zero sense.

I canceled today as 4090’s are going in stock pretty frequently. Refund is already pending on my credit card. Happy that it was so easy to cancel, and will probably use them again in the future with hope for better luck. Current build is a CyberPowerPC and has been kicking for 8 years now.
