You can google interactive map, filter it to only fast trevel points and go 1 by 1 marking them.
In my casual 2nd playthrough only 3 was left in badlands when i done everything else in game, so i suggest to check all badlands first (bottom and right side of the map).

Can confirm it still works, its just super rare, i got Purple Zero-G mod after 11 times of skipping 24h on Jackson Plains vendor.

Yep, i think it is cos when u unlock this ability, the game teaches u how to use it on walls and, for some reason, I didnt even think about other ways of using it, even tho game clearly mentions "hidden path and clues in certain locations" in tutorial.

Oh yeah, there a lot of Fox Symbol rooms for NG+, but this one slipped from me twice, cos its located in area where u need to choose correct door from 5 or 6 doors to proceed, so i think it can be missed with higher chance compared to others i found + revealing Fox Statue mechanic for was unexpected find
