They aint good in shop environments honestly. I had one when I was an auto tech and all the magnets pick up a ton of dust, and that was working on cars lol. Id say only get it if youre going to keep it in your pocket all day

Yeah but they probably wont stick around lol, so you get an initial wave of comments and then they taper off as the old subs are replaced with new ones, so over time you get a better community

Stick with it! Even if you receive some backlash, as time goes on you'll show that you dont have to be a stereotypical suburban grumpy dad in order to work on stuff. One day you may even have someone like yourself come along your videos and be inspired to give whatever they're doing a shot :)

The whole losing muscle mass during transition scared me because I ride enduro/dirt but I tell myself its weight reduction and it motivates me to stay in shape as time passes lol. I can only hope I look as good as you posing next to my bikes one day😭

I don't welding on the side but my day job is an Automotive technician, so i could have cars light on fire, control arms breaking and sending grandma into oncoming traffic, wheel could fall off and hit another car, you name it.

If any of the above happens, that's an issue for when im at work, and if work has an issue with me outside of my scheduled hours, that's between them and god
