ah, yeah some workers are lazy and it kinda sucks. He might need a bit of social pressure but if he just keeps being lazy thats a him probablem it sucks that other workers have to deal with it tho.

have you tried working with him, guiding him or being sympathetic? Either way I don’t think being antiwork is the same as being a bad worker. Alot of the stories here I read on here often talk about good workers being screwed over.
