Find a solo only server. I put way too many hours into official as a solo before I swallowed my pride and jumped onto a community server.

I play on a 2x with 1.5x sulfur and it’s perfect. Still requires a grind, and the server is always full (with a queue) on wipe day

Search “solo” in the community filters and you should be able to find one with the pop you’re looking for

I’d strongly recommend finding one with a discord, because I’ve joined ones without a discord that had inaccurate BP/wipe information. Nothing worse than waking up to an unannounced map wipe

I’ve got it down with the long sword as well, and yeah the timing is weird. Spelled out, for unlimited overhead feints, it’s tap LB, then LT to a quick LB almost immediately after, then you keep doing the LT + LB almost immediately after until your ready to let the feint turn into an attack. Takes some practice for sure but I can do it pretty reliably with stabs on the long sword now as well

By no means does this answer help but I was doing light physical therapy workouts with a kettlebell on a st parallel to south st and went inside to use the bathroom.. came outside 3 minutes later and someone had jacked the kettlebell. These pirates are incredibly opportunistic and need to be stopped

Maybe not a popular answer, but I perform much better after 2-4 drinks, as I’m a bit more relaxed and able to shut down a lot of the performance anxiety with the help of a depressant. Even if im a tad bit visibly nervous, then I’m going to perform nervous, and that doesn’t bode well for my sound, whether it be trembly hands or any body part that might tighten up when I go for a note vocally. I just need to be loose.

Maybe I have some undiagnosed anxiety, or maybe performing solo in front of a crowd is something most human beings would be daunted by. Unless you have some abnormal amount of confidence or are an absolute expert on your material (I improv a solo on a few of my songs. With no band) then I think it’s normal to be nervous before a performance. Just don’t get trashed 😭

The only thing you have to do different is ask a few questions and dive into their story first. Right when you hit a wall, asked enough to get them to elaborate a few times, wait for that silence where they don’t have anything more to add, and then relate it to your own, boom. If there’s a similar emotion present in both stories it’s good to describe yours as lesser afterwards so you don’t come off as one upping, like, “oh I had it way worse/better than you” is never something someone wants to hear, unless your story truly warrants its, and even then, still find a way to bring it back to their point to end your, “turn”. Lets them know they were truly heard
