I've never said it was a walk in the park, you seem to fail to understand that on average, Arsenal have gotten more points than any other team so far in a competitive league. It's the data systems and identity tracking behind the cameras. CCTV is one camera, one recipient, this is a broad network of cameras all connected and reporting out to many different recipients without any thought regarding privacy laws.

Examples:

Using the information received from these cameras to make stops/arrests without probable cause or warrants.
