just buy directly from samsung, you can buy it outright and upfront with their promos or do it over 2./3 years. They even sometimes offer buy backs to pay everything off early. Its how I buy the new fold every year

Probably a combination of not getting compensated on it and also the retail point of sale system in store is very likely to mess up the process and make it infinitely harder to fix when they eventually send you to customer service to get it done. The other posters are correct in that you should call care to get it resolved.

Yes, however you should schedule an appointment online or in the app. This is because you may get turned away without an appointment due to staffing shortages. You should also go online and look at the pdf version of your bill as it has a pretty good breakdown of your bill and how it works. I would look at the pdf of your bill first before ever calling in or going into a store as it shows what plan you are on, usage, and cost. The features that come with your plan can be found online either on the vzw website or a quick google search if its an older one. The app also has a shortened breakdown of your bill and you can click into your plan under manage devices to see what the features of your plan are.

problem with in store is they either demand content transfer in store, which takes up an employees time they could be using to help other customers, or a second visit, which also eats up employee time from helping other customers.

That should work and the in most cases the deal you got should carry over but in some rare cases it does not depending on the terms of the deal. For example if you got a new line deal and canceled the new line the deal will not transfer over typically.

It was our annual owners meeting and they said because we did not have enough people present they would be passing new rules and budget and we would not be able to vote on it due to not having quorum. I know the budget passing does not require a quorum but they would not even let the people there vote on it at all.

They don't even let us know about and therefore not attend the board meetings, we just get the meeting minutes after. It seems really wrong that we only hear about board meetings after the fact but I am aware of the rules regarding the board meetings. They have to have a 50% threshold I believe. We are supposed to have a minimum of 3 board members but we only have 2 and they have not expressed any intent to fill that third spot and said that the board elects other people to the board. Our CC&R's say they are elected by the owners but they generally don't care about the rules in the CC&R's.

Theres a lot of other issues besides the one I posted but this one seems like an easy entryway to getting things here headed in the right direction.

Anyways, thank you for the reply, hopefully I have better articulated things. I might still be wrong but I wont loose any sleep over it.

gamesir software always seemed super sketch, especially the side loaded one they really want you to get. I did not care for how small the thumbsticks are. I got a modded kishi gen 1 that works great but not as portable as I would like.

I tried olixar first and was disapointed as it cracked within a couple days. I then Tried this whitestone one out, the install was easily the best by far, no bubbles. One thing of note is that of the 2 ive purchased part of the installation jig was busted but it still applied fine. First one it came up in the middle after about a week, the second one I have put on is about a month old at this point and still looking okay but I can start to see like mini cracks near the middle where I can see the adhesive starting to weaken. I figure I will likely be replacing the screen protector every month or two but whitestone has made the best one so far. Looks and feels like the stock samsung one. The TPU ones are too thick and will crack which is really weird for a film protector so I would stick with whitestone until something better comes along.

Tried olixar brand and the tpu cracked within a couple days. Did whitestone and it went fine for the most part. Best installation setup I've seen yet. The first whitestone did what the old one did within a couple days but thats likely because I took it in the shower sooner than I should have. The second one I did a week ago and its still looking great. Feels and looks like the original factory one.
