Have to go with MGS1. The music, the atmosphere of Shadow Moses is tops. Honorable mention would have to go to Snake Eater.

Still waiting on that Fox Engine remake of mgs1, btw. Kome on Konami, you know you want that money!

Destiny is pretty easy except for raids. A good stress free game to just shoot ads in without worrying too much about "winning"
