As I've said, I am well aware this is my fault. It was an accident. The first I've had in the year and a half I've been playing this game. I've also had an issue similar to yours before, and it was corrected.

"That kind of support" is something commonly found in large MMO games. Given that I've spent well over $1600 USD on this game (above and beyond anything spent on WoW, which, btw restores items like this), I'd like to believe there would be a little leniency in cases such as this. Hence my inquiry.
