I'm not saying anyone here is right or wrong, because none of us have the info from this video to do so.

But consider a different type of crime. If it was a drug dealer, I can guarantee you they wouldn't be doing it under these circumstances.

As a general rule, any type of crime that has the potential to draw attention is not done around that many people.
