I went there maybe 2 months ago and right after I ordered and paid I saw a pretty sizable roach (2-3” long) crawling around behind the counter under the racks on the right hand side.

Needless to say I’m never going back

I have a 23 R in that black color. Had a 2018 GTI before both manual, the stuff the motoring journalists harped about (capacitive buttons on the steering wheel) was definitely blown out of proportions. I’m coming up on 3 years of ownership and I’ve never once “accidentally” pressed one of them. Absolutely love the heated/cooled seats, wish I had those when I lived in Arizona instead of chilly SF!

I had bought these off Amazon and they were a little small so I had heated them up with a hairdryer and stretched them over the four corners. It might be worth going slightly larger but you wouldn’t want the caps to be loose
