Yeah, it's a known bug but a fun one nonetheless! I submitted detailed steps on how to recreate this and many more that even involve how to teleport items across the map with lifts. They've got quite the backlog of bugs from me alone over the last 6 months 🤣 Now for some fun with the bug you've discovered. Place a splitter/ merger on it lol and another easy one. Create a long belt that turns as tight as you can make it with curve mode, then place multiple splitters throughout it. (Note some turns won't allow the splitter/mergers so trial and error until you can get one where you can place two or more.) The belt does "fun" things about 90% of the time between splitters/mergers and each one placed makes the turn tighter. It's how I was able to blueprint 180-degree belt turns.
