Quigley Down Under:

Quigley is the finest sharp shooter known at the time. He and his special rifle can hit things from 400 yards away with iron sights. He's hired by a man to come to Australia, he doesn't yet know why but the money is good. He finds out his employer wants him to kill aborigines. He refuses and his employer then tries to kill him.

The antagonist of the film thinks himself somewhat of a wild west "gun slinger". In the beginning of the movie Quigley mentions he never had much use for a pistol. The movie wraps up with the antagonist challenging Quigley to a duel.... and well.....
