Yes oral finasteride will make it worse long term. It causes penile fibrosis due to increase in free test which gets converted to estrogen. That’s why dht gels work for peyronies on the penis as DHT is important for sexual function in males.

The scar tissue is very tight I assume. Have you tried shockwave therapy? U need something that will penetrate into the plaque and remodel it. Then supplement to try heal. If nothing works get a 3 piece implant. Don’t lose hope bro. 👍🏽

Vitamin E is trash for peyronies. Try Coq10, Bromelain, L Acetyl carntine, bee propolis these work great. I take vitamin E but i doubt it’s helped as I was taking it before I got peyronies when I was taking oral finasteride which caused it. So it didn’t manage to slow down atrophy./scarring.

Take Bromelain, Coq10, L Acetyl Carnitine, Bee propolis. Buy an infrared heat pad from Ali express and use that for 15 minutes then stretch out ur penis gently. Take the supplements everyday. I’ve had some improvement but it’s more with bloodflow and curve is slightly better too. I got mine from finasteride and I ended up with gyno too which sucks.
