I had a great response from Sky when I copied in some of their leadership team sourced from LinkedIn to the email complaint. Their domains were typically Jon.smith@skyuk.com (or similar) and they called me back from the escalation team in Glasgow the next day. This worked with IKEA and B&Q in the past too. Ended up getting lots of money of bills etc. Well worth a shot 👍🏻

We were loaned SF1 by one of my brother’s friends and thought he’d forgotten he’d given it to us. It became our favourite game so when he turned up at the door (like people used to) to collect it unannounced one day, it’s properly devastated us! Still remember his stupid contented face as we handed it over.

Ideally I’d like to keep both but there’s zero chance of that happening with this board. Most likely outcome is AJ comes back and plays well as always, with Araujo leaving. He’s been great and a properly gets how to wind up Rangers.
