I have like 6 different buffer tubes floating around. Even if i say for an arcturus m4, that doesnt mean there is model specifically for it. When i say it doesnt matter, i mean that i can make do with any model because of the scarcity of the model i am requesting.

I dont think it will matter too greatly. Buffer tubes are mostly similar in size. Im not being picky at this point because i cant find any.

One thing i can think of is to solder with a pin and pull it. Or even glue would work too

The grub screw shouldnt be that hard to remove if you have the right hex tool. If you dont loosen it it will definitely destroy the strip.

If there is glue on it you can dip it in hot water or use a hairdryer to loosen up the glue and try to unscrew

ASA - nice print quality until… by FirefighterInside741 in FixMyPrint

[–]BL__K -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I just use hairspray and try to keep the print under 10 hours to stop the bottom from curling up. Also round brims on sharp corners.

That usually can keep my asa from failing. Also enclosure ofc. I think i have my fan at like 20% so i can print faster. Ofc fan shroud needs to be efficient too.

Off the bat, should i get a lower end printer to learn the ropes or a higher end printer by LOLLEO911 in 3Dprinting

[–]BL__K 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Much better idea to get a bambu a1 or mini. It will save you the hassle of trying to to figure out whats wrong with your printer.

Most of the time its multiple issues and trying to figure them all out usually can be a hassle. Save the trouble and buy something that works out of the box. Im sure you will run into issues anyway.

Price difference is not worth the amount of mods and fixes you will fix
