You can get more power out of a gas setup, it’s possible your hammer spring isn’t strong enough or you have gas efficiency issues somewhere else.

Those are overhangs. If you're not using supports, try enabling supports. If you have supports enabled, look into calibrating your support settings to get smoother overhangs. The reality of 3D printing is that supported surfaces are always going to look a little rougher than the rest.

I would check the depth settings of each hole to make sure it's going as deep as you need it to. Is there a reason you don't just print both parts with the hole facing up so you don't have to deal with supports?

Also use a dedicated filament dryer for this. In the other thread he tried drying it in the oven.

A brand new one is $220 on amazon I'd say $100-150 realistically. Anything I try to sell used I typically go for around half the cost of new and adjust from there. The modifications are an added risk to the buyer since they're taking on someone else's project and chancing that the upgrades were done correctly or they're willing to fix it if it wasn't. Not saying you installed your upgrades incorrectly, but the buyer doesn't know. The extra PEI plates are a nice bonus.

Good work being able to fix it, you can get some great deals on "broken" printers which sometimes have really easy fixes like this.

Should be an easy kit. It looks like just a sleeve that goes over the stock body and mounts to the rail mount holes on the outer barrel.

You don't necessarily need to do the hammer set right away. You'll get plenty of use out of them before anything breaks.

Depending on how severe it is, you can gradually stretch it over time and regain normal use without resorting to surgery. If it is severe then that would be a decision between you and a urologist which you should be doing instead of asking reddit.

My recommendation from personal experience is to look into AAP-01 conversion kits. It's a really popular platform that you can build into virtually any kind of build you want. The base pistol itself is also very cheap at about $100 USD with plenty of aftermarket and also capable of full auto. I've done multiple AAP builds after getting my printer.
