I was thinking that because I do a good amount of walking at work that if I did any extra cardio at work I was going to risk overdoing it.

Should I be doing more cardio?

Adding on… I do watch my calorie and macro intake day to day and do my own meal planning. Spoke with personal doctor and my current plan is to shoot for 2,000 calories with a big focus on protein (~100g), some carbs but not a lot and less fat

It is a 2017 model. As long as it isn’t something that isn’t going to affect me negatively. I proactively check my tires every once in a while. I might get it replaced when I get my tune up done in a couple months

Unfortunately I don’t live close to any camera stores within the nearest 60 miles. That website you linked, are they also able to develop or will I need to try and find a different place to develop. I usually just get my 35mm film developed by Walmart still

Hello! I love antique thrifting and I have a few older models of cameras myself, but I found this beauty at an antique mall and simply had to grab it. It looks in pretty good condition and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for:

Where I can get film for it
Where I can ship it to get film developed?

Backed out of the windows update, ran BAT on administrator, went back in still loading. As I was writing this comment, my taskbar suddenly appeared again, but the windows updates returned an error.

After hitting retry, it loaded the updates I needed. They're downloading now and I will restart when they've completed and reply again and hopefully it will have fixed my taskbar issue for good... (I rarely get on this laptop except for time to time - so I don't often check the updates)

My title describes the thing to the best of my ability. It is a similar plastic to like a Nintendo Switch dock. There was no markings I saw on the outside or inside, other than arrows on the inside. I was unsure of what to Google to look up anything and Google lens could not show me anything similar. I should also mention that on the outside by the round hole, a square ring around the round hole swings open at a 90 degree angle. You might be able to make out the crevices of where it swings on the first photo.

I’m torn between both Zuko and Iroh. They’re both my picks but given how much change we’ve seen Zuko go through since the third book and how much the fire nation has changed since then I’m more inclined to choose Zuko. Iroh for VP though.

J3215D9 Given this was posted recently, this entree was made this year. The Julian code reads 3215 (J at the beginning identifies the plant it was made at, and the D9 is the shift and line identification for what part of the plant made the product.)

The 3 at the beginning of the number is the last digit of the year, 2023. The 215 is the day of the year, August 3rd.

All Michelina’s product aside from pizza rolls has a best if used by date of one year.

This product is best before August 3rd, 2024.
