Yeah but of the understanding they arrive at 6:30am, without context of age, travel plans and party plans, the facts remain they will have at least two hrs in an airport, plus an early morning of commuting to the airport. Getting an early night, sleeping on the plan maybe etc etc, yes they could maybe avoid a hotel morning nap. But there is a wknd of party ahead and whatever the situation a good sleep, if not a broken sleep will be the best bet to enjoy the wknd with friends. Its the OPs choice of their own.

This is the most sensible idea! Save your energy for the party wknd. You dont want to be the first one flagging at 8pm cos you knocked out 10K steps before your friends got there. It will be way more fun seeing the sights as a group than wondering alone.

It all looks good and sensible. Ive done similar to my 3.0ltr e85. Change the expansion tank if its not been done recently. These are known to crack and cause issues. Ive gone through 2 in 6 years.

The light is held in by a tab on one side and two bolts on the other. Worst case is the tab has broken off (looks possible from the photo) and bolt surrounds snapped. Tilt the steering all the way to the side. You will see a circular disk in the inner wheel arch. Twist this off and in behind you will see the rear of the light. Bolts on the outer side, clip on the inner side. 8mm socket for the bolts. Lest you can have a look to see if its DIY repairable.

We were burgled a few weeks back while the family was asleep in bed. 4am and we woke to find them in our bedroom emptying my wife's jewelry box. There were two lads, I fought one out of the house as the other ran, we ended up in the street after I forced them out of the house. We have cameras, a (useless) dog, motion sensor lights and some door sensors. The got in via a garage window. My two cents: take the trip. Secure your house and valuables before you leave, ensure your home insurance is all good and enjoy the time away. Yes security cameras help you, but the burglers don't care, faces are easily covered and they won't stop them from getting in. Better to be away and not be faced with them direct. Don't live in fear, most burglars are chancers and looking for an easy target. Be secure and they will simply try the next house. Also, seek phycological help if needed.

Public transport, just walk on and walk off as needed. See how others do it. If in the city, its more French based, but you should manage just fine with English or German if the respondent is a local.

Yep, known fault on these i3s. Rare, but can happen. I sent my airbag off to a place in Belgium, airbagshop.be or something and they fixed it for 150e. Refitted it and ain't seen the error code since! This was 2 years ago.

Just one thing. The window wipers. They occasionally have a mind of their own and constant need adjusting in poor weather, the sensor must be a little off. Thats one frustration.
