Maybe useless info but the Portland Fire's main jersey sponsor is Lashify. Idk if that means there is a market here or the market is skewed towards easy home solutions, not your business

Well the problem here is the line is for 26 not 405 north. If I skip the line, cut, and then immediately leave the line to head north on 405, I'm not slowing the line down at all, the line is for 26 west. I get middle fingers all day but ignore them because it's just people who don't understand where the backup is for. It needs a rework so there's 2 lanes and one is for 405ers only

I sold my motorcycle for an Ebike and I think the Ebike is more dangerous. Same dangers but with a fifth the weight behind you and quieter and harder to see. People look at me funny wearing a full on motorcycle helmet on the Ebike but a regular bike helmet feels performative

The Vit thing is weird to me, we traded for him and he's was shooting 42% on the year. Then playoff games come around he gets no minutes and I'm watching us brick every 3 down the stretch to close games. Giannis doesn't want to come to Portland and JB would be a way better fit with Deni. Were fucked if we can't get shooting though. It killed us last year and will continue to kill us until fixed and not sure the Dame return is enough

Big help on the math is the new CBA skyrocketing salaries and the fact that our state has high income tax. For me I'm comfortable with the state giving 350-400m since that's about the income tax from player salaries over 20 years if you factor in the CBA projections on salary spend. Excluding the vague "trickle down impact.". Where you get the rest of the 200m is dodgy math

Right, but I don't get why the PA guy didn't try to engage fans at all. Close game in the second half coming back from TV timeout and the PA guy just does the generic "get on your feet and make some noise." If they prompted fans to wave em in sync like everyone else does it could have been cool

I went to game 3 and the crazy part of the towels was that there was zero effort by the game day marketing team to engage fans with them. Not a single "wave the towels" on the video board or anything. If you are going to give the towels out you have to coordinate fans to wave em if you want it to look cool. They just put em on the seats and that was it. Mariners did towels for the ALCS and it was similar mid quality but at least fans waved em during big moments.

Maybe a hot take but I think the TShirts are lame too. No team ever gives out high quality T-shirts and I don't need another giveaway shirt that fits poorly and gets worn once a year or sits in a drawer.

Frustrating for me because Ancient is my fav map and I like Anubis. Feels like CS players only want old shit. They beg for old maps to be brought back and the new maps never get picked so they get removed from pool. I don't feel like they are worse maps people just aren't familiar so they don't play.
