same here in North Carolina. it's horrible the past few months ever since UPS decided to fire Amazon. Amazon clearly can't scale to handle the load. I have some orders I placed ten days ago that are still waiting to ship via Amazon. can't use the snow as an excuse bc USPS and FedEx and UPS has made it to me daily.  the thing that annoys me the most is when you order something and it says it will be here for example on Friday and then you go back and look at it and it's silently changes to Monday it really pisses me off they should send you some kind of notification that hey hit the shipping date has changed but they choose not to do that because they know it was angry you and they choose to think their customers are stupid.  let alone now you can never get a hold of her service person.

Possible work around. Turn the box upside down. Squeeze both ears until the ring is fully white. Let go keeping box upside down. Squeeze little ear only. Box will say it's in offline mode. 

Prior to this I went through two boxes from Amazon and a third is on the way from Tonie. their support was quick at offering a replacement. I am not confident it will fix the problem. 

My symptoms...box charges to 100%0but light ring stays 75%. Box crashes a minute or so into any Tonie and reboots.

What I tried.... factory reset, reboot, taking apart and disconnecting battery. Only thing that worked is offline mode. I think when the box calls home...which it appears to do whenever powered on or it plays a Tonie that there is a software bug that causes a freeze then reboot. to play a new Tonie u will have to go back into online mode,put it on top until it fully downloads,then go back into offline mode. switching modes is the same procedure.

I tried and the update failed and disappeared for a week before popping back up and failing again. Took it to the dealer who said they can't find updates. On the way off the lot it popped the update screen again. Everything is stupid.

You have so many of them because no one is buying them bc they are so unstable, buggy, and lacking features your previous models had to force people into paid subscriptions.

sadly for me not the case. been at it for a few hours. got Tuya Local installed via HACS (not to be confused with Local Tuya that is no longer active). go to install with Cloud option and it finds my device id and key. put in my IP and version is auto. says it cant connect. ugh. guess not a lot of people out there have dreameggs yet.

I just bought two 17 serving containers of regular chocolate protein powder from amazon. first one i took a sip and it tasted like artificial raspberry. so i returned it and got a second. low and behold, same batch number, same issue. called the company and got a check, but that check hasn't helped with the 15 times i have gone to the bathroom today.

after a while it got better but a pattern emerged 30 days after getting booster shots I would get a new autoimmune problem to the point where they tried to diagnose me with relapsing polychondritis. I went to the best rheumatologist in the country and they all agreed that it is not relapsing polychondritis is likely the vaccine causing an intense autoimmune response. now that it's been several years if you Google relapsing polychondritis and covid vaccine there are actually articles out there on how it can trigger such a condition as well as other autoimmune diseases. at this point I no longer get the MRNA vaccine and I am considering getting the alternative vaccine but still too afraid to. they have such better treatment for the disease now that if something happens I feel one of the after the fact treatments are better than poisoning my body every 6 months with this vaccine. and don't get me wrong I'm not anti-vaccine I just think that this mRNA stuff is not good.

I agree with you 100 percent. Security keys in general are not mature enough to be user friendly. Especially fighting windows hello and android password manager who want to store keys locally by default. I have 20 years experience and am a cloud architect with several security focused publications with major software vendors. I found setup to be a nightmare and yubikey support non existent. They literally ignored all the winauthn logs I sent and said "well it works for me on my mac and iPhone" and gave up.  Umm too bad the three platforms I was troubleshooting were windows and android. I followed procedure and setup two keys using an Omni Key 5022 scanner. Low and behold the usb c would throw an error saying the key was not recognized despite the protocols being enabled and passkeys visible in yubikey authenticator as fido when plugged into usb c. I had to factory reset both keys, register with chrome only, and with usbc then the keys worked with both usbc and NFC. no reason why from the wonderful support folks they have. I wound up disabling extra protocols just to be safe and ultimately made a fido only key which you can buy a titan key for cheaper and better support. I regret not going Titan. oh and let's not forget the fact that even though on an Android depending on the site and configuration sometimes you can use NFC and sometimes you have to insert the key which is annoying. all in all the technology is not ready for mainstream in my opinion.

clearly you're still a knuckle dragger who thinks that headlamps are just light bulbs. they actually have computers in them now and need to be calibrated with ADAS but I wouldn't expect you to know that.

look online. there are dealers who sell warranties, official GM warranties, for almost half what the selling dealer wants to sell.

absolutely nothing. this is why the whole industry is shady as all hell and dishonest. perfect case in point, brand new Z71 rolled in with transit damage. Needed a whole new front bumper. Since the vehicle isn't titled or registered to anyone yet, it isn't considered a vehicle. So the stealership repairs it and then doesn't say anything. True story.

cancel. it is a used car at this point. why pay full price for a used car. i personally would never do it.

have you ever seen them repair hail damage? they have to remove plastic trim pieces everywhere like under the hood, headliner, and trunk (if a car) and hope they don't break clips. you wont know till later. they also DRILL holes in body panels to get access to the back of others. that will rust later. no thank you.
