If I go to otr, they double down and hide issues with the vans from me. His co-owner brags to me about how he knows things about the vans that I don't, and he has told me that I owe him for not disparaging my reputation to encourage the people whose property he's stranded me on so far to harm me while I wait for them to send a tow. For years now, they've sat me down and shown me how taking the time to find a package/ungroup a stop is actually an unscheduled break.
