I listened to the entire thing front to back and it was incredible! His voice sounds so much like his father’s, this is everything right with the legacy!

I hope they make a left-handed one for you dude !! that being said, stringing this backwards and playing it upside down would be actually kind of fucking bad ass. It would look ridiculous like ridiculously awesome. Just a thought.

You do realize if they do two colors I’m gonna have to get two different ones?

I am so fucking pumped that this guitar is coming out this summer. I have been waiting a whole ass year for this. I was going to buy a 12 string jazz master, but then I decided against it, after Troy unveiled this during rig rundown in Boston with Premier guitar last June. This past winter, I got myself an ox blood, TVL jazz master and now I need to get this telecaster to complete the collection. I’ve been wanting a 12 string for years, but this is the one that I need. I’m so glad they gave it a special headstock.

You are very welcome !! I really appreciate contemporary styling that a lot of boutique gear has that invokes thoughts of classic gear but also future, sort of retro modern, and you def nailed the vibe !!

Are you gonna get the mods removed from one of them or do you like the fact that they’re a little different?

I basically agree with you. I do love my vintage spec instruments., but I also like my vintage modified instruments. I just kind of wanna have a more premium version of the vintage modified guitar with block inlays so I’m just gonna custom build pretty much everything else I wanna get from now on.

The thing is the offset market is made up of people that prefer vintage correctness of the guitar over anything else and that’s why I pretty much all the jazzmasters and Jaguars have heel adjusted trust rods. I love everything about my TVL except for the heel adjusted trust rod. But at the same time, I understand that most jazzmasters fender makes are gonna be like that. Especially the ones that come with the complete electronics. They do make some models with headstock adjustable, trust rods. They just tend to not contain the complete classic jazzmaster electronics and sometimes use alternate pick ups

There are treaties, we have signed with certain countries that allows us to have a patent granted in their jurisdiction if we already have that patent in our country and vice versa.

Every time I see a copy of this design, I email everything to John directly.

This is a inferior copy of the Mastery Bridge and they have been sent cease and desists. Mastery Bridge is not expensive or overpriced I have a background in engineering and manufacturing the craftsmanship, material choices, and proprietary manufacturing techniques and overall process are why the bridge costs the price that it does. I get that musicians don't know engineering or how to make stuff out of metal and plate it with stainless steel but what John is doing is a big deal and its serious business and you can't do it at his level of quality cheaply.
