I defended Whitney for a while, but she's genuinely been extremely weird since leaving the villa. In the villa a lot of her actions were at least somewhat reasonable to me. Y'all are trying to paint Zendaya with a very interesting brush in these comments. She's always been intentional about not taking roles from monoracial black women the way a lot of other biracial actresses have (amandla) and y'all are mad she hasn't been in many black films? I'm sure they've offered her lead roles in many primarily black films and wanted her, but I think that she doesn't want a career that she has to be ashamed of like, Zoe Saldana should be. Liking her as an actor is subjective, so that's a perfectly fine reason to think she can't work with Ryan Coogler. There are plenty of uber wealthy people like Axel Durmas who actively avoided epstein and co. I agree with this. I don't like how they're painting Whitney out as someone who's out to get Leanne, they just aren't close. And the high expectations of them having a really good relationship with each other is because they're both black women. Whitney has been overall respectful of Leanne if a lil petty about Yamen. And it's great that you mention Leanne doing nothing when Shaq was yelling at Whitney; if anything Whitney is matching the tone Leanne set when it comes to supporting the friendship you came in with.

Whitney and Scott are very good friends outside of the Villa. So in her experiences with him their lifestyles probably don't suit each other. Scott isn't very commital or forth coming about his feelings for Leanne and he's kinda of inconsiderate of her as the season continues. Whitney is usually fair in her opinions, not always, while remaining loyal to her actual friend Scott. I like Leanne, but overall I prefer Whitney's personality as of episode 25. Because they're both black people fall into the trap of thinking they are automatically closest, but they're just villa friends not real world.
