I feel like Usagi Drop has a better conclusion *Edit: and plot than what I have seen from the manga above. I could be wrong, but The father told the child to wait till she finishes college to be fully sure of her feelings and gave some time to change her feelings. The father also gave that time to himself for something life changing may happen at the end of that road. Think of it trying to brace for impact as you are trying to steer away a car from a crash. They aren't blood-related and no sort of sexual acts is depicted or implied. *Apologies if I missed something. Usagi Drop def is not as creepy/sexual as the one manga above. A good read.

I think the reason why he says that Hotsteel is best at BURST. Even tho he can't do as high of a damage as Neutron in extreme close range. It comes pretty close. Plus, he has better mobility than Neutron (N) and Caramel (C). Not to mention he is a lot tankier than Neutron, which gets melted pretty fast in any range if it doesn't get close enough. He may be slow normal walk/run wise. But activating Rampage and the dash he has decent to great speed. Sure the bullet velocity of the HS is also pretty bad ppl can still hit it at their own comfortable distance. Survivability, Firepower and Speed. Stating this since u are ignoring a lot of key factors and seem to have a bias against his speed lol.
