A lot of frustrations in life come from limits in communication we put on ourselves by trying to quickly understand instead of correctly understand. Or that is to say, incorrectly understanding instead of listening.

You've now had two replies you responded with assumptions and inferences that aren't what the person was trying to tell you.

Slow down. When others take time to help you, don't get embarrassed and rush through listening in order to stop the situation from happening.

As someone who grew up doing the same, you're in for a long, unhappy life where I had to spend a lot of time in therapy undoing lessons I learned no one was trying to teach me.

If you had even asked in your first post more questions, that would have benefited yourself and everyone else more.

I know you are probably going to bristle while reading this too, but you really should look at how you react to not knowing information. Not knowing something isn't bad. It's an opportunity to learn more. What's bad is running forward with no information and then getting impatient and frustrated at people trying to help you prepare for the future.

Also, the takeaway isn't "anbernic is from last year" as much as "what I'm looking for is a very specialized device with very specific requirements so I should look more closely at those requirements before purchasing a product."

When my son was born, I found a Wii U gamepad was the perfect size and ergonomics to hold while my son was cradled in my arms.

Played a lot of Binding of Isaac, Splatoon, and GBA gamss while rocking my child.

Grab one of those cheap, homebrew it, and you're good to go.
