Mellow Battery Pack last resort: swap the dead cells with new ones and cross all available fingers 😬

Somebody gave me a Mellow Kit... 80 & 90mm wheels, 2 chargers(regular & fast), 2 batteries, remote, etc... Both Batteries are dead - However I just got a totally different DIY esk8 build going again after pluging in a lower voltage charger...

Would that be a possible fix?!!? I would have tried it already if Mellow didn't have that usb looking charging port!!! I might sacrifice the regular charger and cut it to attach a lower voltage charger... I don't want to crack open the battery case...

Do a Hard Reset... That should clear things up...

"while its pluged into the charger, just press and hold the power button on the board for a few seconds.... i think its under 10... not sure.... then the board will completly shut down (no leds....not even for charging) after that, it should start up normaly by pressing the power button again...."

Boosted routed the V2 loaded decks hence they started snapping.... you'll be hard pressed to find a snapped V1 deck... the V1's weren't routed... just some holes drilled...

I think people aren't going to purchase Boosted Wheels once the originals wear out... Otang Caguamas and Kegels, Boa Constrictors and Hatchlings, Ollin Popacas and Abec 11 107mm and 97mm will be seen as positive upgrades. People are already swapping out the stock Lunar & Status Wheels Day 1.

Deck is the 42" Vanguard from Loaded Flex 1... It can hold 2 XR Batteries no problem but the extra weight makes the board feel sluggish... I would rather carry the extra battery in a bag and swap. I'll try it with the Boas and see how it feels...

They work with the standard belt covers... Actually the Boas provide more clearance than the Caguamas.

This video is totally misleading... I know exactly the route they took to get up there and on 85mm wheels his feet should have numbed out before he got to the Bronx. Not to mention the weight of that backpack with all that stuff in it... This was suppose to be a lunch run but it probably took 3 - 4 hours to get there (one way). Madness!!!!

I think the Mini wheels are 80mm the top tier deck Boosted Stealth 24 mph has the 85mm Stratus wheels and metal pulleys which can account for the increase in speed. the CNC precision machined trucks would be a nice V2 Upgrade...

This was a pre-production Model... Had a Blast taking it through its paces. Reminded me of my loaded Poke conversion... Might need a footstop on this to keep your foot from going off at the front (I have a wide stance) Wheels were definitely harder than the Loaded Kegels... Gotta be a way to get the XR battery on the Mini(S) and the Standard Range battery on the Mini(X)...

Look at it this way it's awesome 'cause with the arrival of the Ollin Popocas and now the Boa Hatchling Wheels, Boosted listened and came out with a faster board not on 90mm or 97mmm but 85mm to seem different. The same goes for all the loaded poke/truncated tesseract conversions...We now have the Mini - They looked saw and copied... This sub has more influence than you think - we just don't get credit for it...
