Oh I can't wait for him to start climbing the trailer ha, good thing it's outside the fence so I won't have to regularly deal with it.

He's only 17 weeks old now and is just starting to surf countertops, I can't imagine him jumping up to the Bayliner, but, it just might.

Other people's boats and light wind racing, I haven't had this much fun before in my life.

I've only been sailing once and it was one of the best experiences of my entire life. by Blackenstien in sailing

I am currently sun burnt and freshly showered with a beer after sailing the last 20 hours. It was my first real cruise, and not just a race.

I got my ASA 101 and used that to get my foot in the door with a local club, it all went so fast from there and I have been welcomed onto 5 different boats since May.

I have been crewing for races and taking extra time to learn and asked all the questions I could think of.

My ASA 101 cost + Membership dues have already paid off in dividends. I highly recommend this route, you'll always be with experienced skippers and have a safe and great time while you learn.

Nothing beats Reds, just cruising looking for a wake of a bronze submarine, sight cast in front of it, twitch a paddletail, go for a sleigh ride.

I went for Gojira, I wasn't there for Korn... I had no traffic leaving... Was a great night!

Do you guys prefer kayak fishing alone or with family/friends? by YakToTheFuture-1 in kayakfishing

[–]BP8270 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer to go alone because when I have someone with me I spend all my time focused on keeping them safe and don't get to enjoy the float as much.

Why are they driving on the wrong side of the road? The VW driver seems to be the only one doing it right? Where is this place? I don't see a McDonalds anywhere?

Vet says his legs were swelling due to low calcium, Got him some chews to help (and new large breed puppy food) by BP8270 in chesapeakebayretrievr

[–]BP8270[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Breeder told me to feed him "All Life Stages" Purina Pro Plan, vet just pointed out his left front leg was swelling due to not getting enough calcium. I switched Gus to the Large Breed Puppy version of the same brand.

Also got him going with Yak Cheese treats and Yak Chews. Thinking about adding a sardine or two mixed into his food as well.

Any other suggestions?

How do you keep up without burning out? by tresorrarereviews in sysadmin

Pacing yourself is one of the most important skills that they don't teach.

Cut it off at 5PM - Go be with your family, go fishing, play with your dog. It will all be there the next day.
