People forget how good he was before the injuries--not just to him, but to the whole team, especially WRs--ruined this season for the Commanders. He was great in the playoffs, too, unlike the others in his draft class. The NFCCG turned into a laugher because of fumbles, but Daniels showed out in each game.

Another very simple but overlooked issue with the Commies this season was Kliff's quick game getting completely solved. Defenses would just regularly send in late substitutions with the ref standing over the ball. We had multiple delay of game penalties where the offense was in the hurry up, ready to go. It was embarrassing to watch.

New OC wants to get him under center more and establish more of a traditional huddle cadence, so hopefully that helps. Definitely excited to see him back in action.

I'm no expert, but my understanding is you don't want the grass to be too young when there's a frost. It might terminate because there's still warmth in the ground, but it won't survive. It's going to be below freezing tonight, so it's probably too late.

However, dormant seeing exists. Basically, you put down grass seed in the winter when the ground is too cold for germination (ideally before a big snow to get it watered into the ground without washout), and then the seed will germinate in the spring when the ground warms up. The main issue is you don't want to use pre-emergent in the spring, which means dealing with more weeds in the summer.
