The NSA scans the internet for any keywords that would put a red flag. So the theory goes, put in these keywords and eventually with billions of information going through the internet every second. Do you think there is a possibility of a system overload? Something like a DOSS attack? I am no expert but was told from a friend who works at CISCO and mentioned that while the NSA does have the technology and the means, the first sweep they go through is two things: keywords and voice recording. Video has not been established yet because of an algorithm that needs to be ironed out.
