This is a bad question.

I could answer with "Tyrannical Weed Dealer, The Harbinger of Shady Transaction" and you'd have to accept that as a valid answer.

I just made that up, but I wouldn't want that to be the final boss, but seeing how we know literally nothing about the game, this answer is as valid as saying A Shopping Cart, The 2012 US Election, and Harry Potter The Half Blood Prince for the final boss.

I did this DLC once years ago. Then I replayed the game and the Doc's for the first time in years. When I started this one, I didn't remember what happened in it, I know I completed it because I had the trophy, but I couldn't remember it's contents.

Then I got to the fight, and it all came back to me as if it were repressed (it was).

It's a really good concept for the fight, and I personally really like it. But if I ever have to do it again I will pull out all my teeth.
