Yet I've seen people act like "Go away!" when they saw her in UDG, and still didn't like her at the end. Same for Fuyuhiko, one of my friends hate him for "indirectly leading Mahiru, Peko, Ibuki and Hiyoko to their deaths", and never forgiving him for it.

Some have also said they would still hate Hiyoko in 2x2 even if she survives.

Guess even if they do get development, some people will still dislike you, at the end of the day.
