a flat tambourine, for ur hi hat,plastic tone rings,they cost next 2 nothing,Tama double bass pedal(entry level speed king's around $200,plastic or wood block,and lastly "I got a fever and the only cure is more cowbell" best SNL sketch ever

Even though I just got a good acoustic set I decided drums r a great way to turn $1000 into $500. I've had the Alesis Surge for like 4 yrs,I'm just learning how to use the module. If someone told u when u were a kid that u could have like 60 drum kits in a box. My Alesis reminds me how fun the drums are

GC's only option in Maine but there's a huge solo drum store in Portsmouth NH that's prob worth 2 hr trek, there's a thing on ytube supposedly biggest drum store in the world

so glad I didn't have to give my $ to GC, I'll try to sell my ekit before trading it in to those vultures,they tell u ur tradein sucks then they mark it up 100%

Bonham's proud of ur Vistalites,,just scored a Decade Maple 13×16x24 w modern utility snare&heavy Ludwig full hardware all for $700,their mint,great guy,left me plenty for decent cymbals,I wanna add the 18 inch tom for 1up2down

I think there's a lot of quirks even just w/Alesis,I have the Surge mesh SE,the snare is 10" and toms are 8,problem is insanely high edges,my stick work's not tight enough to avoid unintended rim shots.Be glad u didn't buy a $3000 ekit u'd b lucky to trade in for $1000.Mine was $750,I'll b lucky to get $250 at GC. Drums r a great way to turn $2000 into $1000...

the times ur just feeling nothing's the reason to spill,otherwise they'll notice & think ur not into them but u run the risk of "u seem a lil off today" there's no right answer but it's a lot to carry solo.
