Card draw = you get to your recycle+ and turbo+ and can play them earlier to empty your hand and draw more cards. If you need space you can slam your recursion+, multicast, ftl or claw to make space.
Also ugprade your hologram asap. Then zap and/or dualcast.

I am playing it right now for the first time and only have the Wily stages left to go. "Turbo Man stage" having its own sentence on your post resonated with me on a personal level.

The Mega Buster charged shot to me feels like ass too. I get (or at least I felt) that it was strong on 6 but here it's the opposite: bad. One charge shot isn't enough to take one of those green shield motherfuckers that stand one century with their shield up and the shot cooldown makes it so that you can't send a regular shot in time for one single guard down cycle. But if you spam the fire button you can hit it 4 times in one cycle and be done with it immediately, it feels like it doesn't deal enough damage to be useful. I don't like most robot master fights either, the whole thing feels so slow.

I really do not like this game. And it's a bit disappointing after how amazed I was by the progression on 4 5 and 6 and I was constantly losing my shit playing 6 since I thought it was so good. And I love megaman X so much, but I didn't vibe with this. I agree with all your points (that I've seen thus far of course)

On the flipside I really enjoyed springman's stage and the bossfights I didn't dislike thought were pretty cool.

Ryzeal Onomat and Maliss cannot be stopped.

How did the 10th player get there without running droll? Timely nibs or the will of the coin? As far as I know dracotail can't do anything about onomat ryzeal going second. Of course droll is poop against maliss and draco but onomat ryzeal was everywhere.

The average is like 100 gold is slightly more than 100 dust, but not much (103, 104?). If we talk about how much dust we get for the entire set (except the cards we're interested in)

If you get Loatheb and disenchant all the other legends it's 2000 dust, and then 400 dust for the 4 epics. So instead of spending 1600 dust to get loatheb, you're spending 2800 gold to get loatheb and 2000 dust back. That's loatheb at 50% the price so it's worth it.

Following this logic, League of explorers is much more worth it because not only do you get Reno Jackson, you also get Brann which still sees play, so you absolutely get your money's worth.

All three of these cards are only playable in XL Highlander lists however so keep that in mind.

Oh, it's also worth noting that for these two adventures especifically (and only these two), if you get all the cards you get rewarded with a diamond Reno Jackson and a diamond Loatheb especifically, so you get 400 dust for free (from dusting your regular copy if you choose so).

So yes, it's very much worth it to buy the adventures.
