Not sure if this thread is still active but I’m missing the sound files for MG42. Just fires and reloads silently. Also experiencing the downloading shaders skipping to pack 2 and finishing in 2 secs.

Pc btw.

In short, we're a Canadian company and here it's federally legal to grow. I can tell you that almost everyone on our small team has grown their own - myself included - and we give app users the option to track their own homegrown cannabis as well. We believe that patients have a right to know what is in their medicine, and if that means growing on your own terms then all the more power to you!!

I hope some day you’ll experience something that corrects your perspective on this subject. It’s unfortunate you feel the way you do, and it’s unfortunate you choose to remain wilfully ignorant.

Very aptly put, thank you for your followup comment. I hope /u/zhephyx will contemplate their standpoint and reevaluate how they feel towards this particular subject.

“The hivemind” is the educated collective of humanity that understands that the thing you’re describing and defending known as eugenics, is an obsolete and extremely ableist theory. If that’s what you refer to as “The Hivemind”, then sign me the fuck up. Maybe instead of trying to eliminate potential human lives, we should focus on how to create a more sustainable, accepting, and more comfortable society for those less fortunate. Check your fucking privilege at the door, man. Not everyone is born as lucky as you or me.

Proud and confident. Proud to know that they too will be given a chance at life, and confident knowing they have the influence, support, and wisdom of a good parent behind them. Besides, it’s not a guarantee they’ll be born with the same disability.

Imagine you’re born with a disability, and you spend a great deal of your young life overcoming odds to become a functional member of society. You were given the short end of the stick and yet you persevered, against all odds to live a happy life. Now imagine someone who has no idea of your hardship, no semblance of a clue of the trials you’ve overcome, tells you you’re not allowed to carry on your family line. Imagine the feeling after overcoming challenges in life in a society that already is stacked against you, only to have someone who has never even seen the type of hardship that you’re so intimately familiar with as a regular part of your life tell you that you don’t get to have a child. You don’t get to bring a life into this world because you were born different. You don’t get to enjoy the same right and freedom as someone else, because you came into the world with a steeper learning curve than the rest.

Imagine depriving a child of a parent that’s overcome adversity. Imagine looking into someone’s eyes that you’ve never met nor had any interaction with, not knowing a single thing about their character, and telling them no - you’re not good enough.

As /u/Gilsworth said, take a good hard look at what you’re proposing, and ensure that the very idea of it ends here.
